The Role

Are you a people-focused HR professional with a passion for shaping workplace culture and optimizing talent? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment where your expertise truly makes an impact? Then this role is for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic People Advisor (our internal title), who provides tactical—and sometimes strategic—advice and operational support to middle management in developing, implementing, and safeguarding our HR policies.

In this broad role, you will be involved in all HR-related topics, from recruitment and absence management to training and development. You will work closely with the team, consisting of the Head of People & Culture, the People Coordinator, and our international payroll partners, to ensure processes are structured and streamlined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of HR policies, translating them into company rules and processes for both our Dutch headquarters and international offices (Malaysia, India, US, UAE). Actively contribute to the HR year plan and its execution.

  • Advisory support: Provide advice and guidance to team leads on HR-related matters, and conduct or support employee conversations.

  • Process implementation: In Q4 2025, a new HR system will be implemented, where you will play a key role in optimizing its use by employees and managers. A new payroll system will follow as the next step.

  • Operational support: As part of a small team, you will also assist with operational tasks such as drafting contracts, maintaining employee files, and other HR administration.

  • Flexibility: Provide support to our international offices, which operate in different time zones.

Job requirements

  • You hold a completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a comparable HR role.

  • You identify with our values; you have a “can-do” mentality and a strong sense of ownership over your work.

  • You possess strong advisory and listening skills, as well as persuasiveness. You know how to motivate others and are solution-oriented.

  • You are a team player; enthusiasm and ambition are highly valued.

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English. Our primary working language within the organization is English.
