The Role

The Lead Generation & Growth Team Lead is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and managing a team of Lead Generation & Growth Specialists. Together, this team drives qualified pipeline growth through structured outbound prospecting, intent-driven outreach, and personalized lead engagement strategies.

Reporting to the CCO, this role works closely with Sales to align outreach priorities and lead qualification. It also maintains a collaborative feedback loop with Marketing, sharing insights from outbound engagement to support persona refinement, message effectiveness, and overall campaign relevance.

In addition to managing day-to-day execution, this role plays a key part in evaluating and helping implement AI-enabled sales engagement platforms, further modernizing the company’s go-to-market and outbound prospecting capabilities.


Also, this role is responsible for generating leads for the EMEA region.

Resonsibilities

  • Team Leadership - Coaches and manages a team of outbound-focused specialists.

  • Outbound Prospecting Strategy - Leads execution of cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Sales Engagement Tools - Uses platforms like Apollo, Drift, or Outreach for scalable, personalized outreach.

  • Lead Prioritization - Applies ICP alignment, buying signals, and qualification logic to optimize efforts.

  • CRM Proficiency - Operates within Salesforce or similar systems to track prospect activity and pipeline contribution.

  • Performance Management - Monitors team KPIs including meetings booked, response rates, and conversion metrics.

  • Sales Collaboration - Ensures seamless handover of qualified leads to Sales, including contextual insights.

  • Operational Discipline - Builds efficient workflows that support consistent execution and data quality.

  • Work location is Culemborg, the Netherlands.

  • You will need to live in and have a work permit for the Netherlands. We will not accept applications without this requirement.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development.

  • 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring SDRs or similar outbound teams.

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach).

  • Deep understanding of outbound outreach sequencing, qualification frameworks, and prospecting metrics.

  • Experience with AI-driven sales tools is highly preferred.
