The Role
We are looking for a Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales team, product experts, and prospective clients. You will play a key part in understanding customer requirements, demonstrating how Assai’s platform solves complex challenges, and guiding organizations through their decision-making process.
This is a client-facing role that requires both technical and business acumen: you will deliver impactful product demonstrations, design solution proposals, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and map them to Assai’s solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and live demos to prospects and partners.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and proposals that highlight value and ROI.
RFP Support: Contribute to proposal development, RFIs, and RFP responses with solution-oriented input.
Technical Expertise: Stay up to date on Assai’s product capabilities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback to product management to inform roadmap and solution enhancements.

Work location: Culemborg, The Netherlands (hybrid, with up to 40% remote).
Full-time employment (40 hours per week).

Job requirements
Experience & Track Record
3–7 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or engineering/construction technology.
Proven experience delivering demos, technical presentations, and solution designs to enterprise clients.
Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, engineering data management, or digital transformation technologies.
Technical & Commercial Acumen
Strong understanding of SaaS models and enterprise IT landscapes (cloud, integrations, data security).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Skilled in managing technical discussions with diverse stakeholders (IT, operations, and business leaders).
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
